Appointment Details
Fees are based on a 25-mile radius from St. Francis, MN. If you are outside the 25-mile radius, please add to your booking request: Travel Fee. This will add $15.00 for up to additional 20 miles. Anything beyond 35 miles, please reach out for consultation before booking.
For bookings with a minimum of 4 appointments at the same location, I will waive the additional travel fee (up to 60-mile radius).
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancelations made 24 hours in advance will be refunded 100%. Appointments canceled at the last minute will be refunded 1/2 of the appointment fee.
